You can store over 15,000 pages or the contents of a four-drawer file
cabinet onto one CD-ROM so there is no need for boxes piling up in your office
or off-site storage facility. You'll never waste another dime storing your
documents or paying to retrieve documents from storage facilities. Never again will
projects be delayed because of missing or unavailable documents.

Digital Records Management uses the most advanced hardware and our own software to convert your paper files, medical and legal records, books and catalogs to CD-ROM or DVD. We'll sort your documents, remove staples and unfold corners. The image is then captured on our state-of-the-art high volume scanners to maintain quality. Next, the image is digitally enhanced and checked for skew. The results are examined for quality and then key indexed to your specifications. Using our own software, we can index files by case number, file number, SSN or anything you require. Security passwords for file access are available as well. The finished CD-ROM(s) or DVD(s) are labeled and sent to you. We will store copies of your vital data in a remote, secure location upon request. Your data will always remain confidential. The original paper documents will be returned or destroyed and recycled.
Viewing your documents on CD-ROM/DVD
There is no special software required to view your documents on a CD-ROM. Documents are often stored in .PDF file format. This format is readable using one of many free software applications such as Adobe Acrobat. The print quality is excellent, however, the document is not editable. Should you need to edit your digital documents, we can use optical character reading (OCR) software to produce .TXT or .DOC files.
Convenience
If you don't want your documents to leave the office or you have a large scale document conversion, Digital Records Management can provide you with on-site service. We will come to you when it is convenient for you. We are also distributors of the scanning hardware and software necessary to complete a project yourself. Since we've used this equipment ourselves, we can recommend the right equipment for the job.
