We looked into several systems before being introduced to DRM. All the other systems were literally thousands of dollars more just for the set up not to mention the monthly equipment lease.

I cannot begin to tell you how happy we are with our scanning system. It has solved our patient file storage problems and provides us with the ability to file, store and recall all our office forms at the click of a mouse. The screen images of the files are sharp and clear. The reprints of reports and hand written notes are clean and can even be enlarged to make the hand written notes more legible.

I am writing this letter to let you know how pleased I am with the Digital Records Manager program. As an adoption agency we are required to keep all of our records for 99 years. Obviously, having been in business for more than a decade, we were starting to become overwhelmed with paper files. When I looked into a program that would allow me to scan files for archiving and but still give me easy and quick access I found several companies offering programs claiming to do the trick. I ended up choosing DRM Deluxe after test running it along with other programs. The program was simple to learn and use. The support I have received has been beyond compare.
